For agents who are always on the move

You’re at the showing.

Your next enquiry gets a welcome.

Between showings, calls and listing appointments, there isn’t always a free hand for the next enquiry. Give buyers and sellers a helpful first conversation while you focus on the people in front of you.

You handle the relationship. We help with the first hello.

A day that might feel familiar

One appointment after another.
One more enquiry in between.

Follow an example day in real estate—from the morning showing to an evening seller enquiry.

  1. Chapter 01

You’re opening a door. Your phone is ringing.

    Sound familiar?

You’re walking a buyer through a home when another enquiry comes in. Step away and you interrupt the showing. Let it ring and the next buyer keeps searching.

    Example property enquiry

    Your AI receptionist

    Here for the next enquiry

“Thanks for calling. Is there a property you’d like to ask the agent about?”

“The two-bedroom on Maple Avenue. Could someone call me back?”

Your AI receptionist welcomes the caller, asks which property they’re interested in and takes their contact details. You stay with the people at the showing.

Be present at this showing. Keep the next enquiry.

  2. Chapter 02

“The one on Maple Avenue” isn’t quite enough.

    Sound familiar?

There’s a callback number in your notes, but not a listing reference. Was the caller buying, selling or asking about a viewing? You’re starting over before you’ve even called back.

    Example property enquiry

    The enquiry, with the context.
    Caller
    Jamie Park · Buyer enquiry
    Property
    Maple Avenue · MA-24
    Timing
Hoping to move within three months
    Preference
    Saturday morning viewing

Ready for the agent to follow up

Collect the listing reference, what the caller is looking for and their timing. Keep the enquiry together so your next conversation has a starting point.

Return with the context, not just a phone number.

  3. Chapter 03

A viewing request arrives between appointments.

    Sound familiar?

A buyer asks for Saturday morning. You still need to check the listing’s status, arrange access and speak to the owner before saying yes.

    Example property enquiry

    Viewing enquiry

    Requested time

    Saturday morning

Agent checks property status, owner approval and access.

Viewing request saved · Showing not confirmed

Capture the property reference and preferred time, then request an agent follow-up. The buyer knows you have the request—not a showing that hasn’t been checked.

A useful viewing request. Your agent confirms the details.

  4. Chapter 04

Their selling plans start after your working day.

    Sound familiar?

A homeowner finally has a quiet moment to ask about selling. You’ve finished your last appointment, but they want to know how to take the first step.

    Example property enquiry

Pick up the conversation, not the pieces

Know why they called.
Before you call them back.

Keep the person, the property and the next step together. Spend your callback on what they need—not finding out which home they meant.

The property they mean

Listing reference, address or the area they’re interested in.

What they’re planning

Buying or selling, their timing and the questions they want to discuss.

A useful next step

A consultation call or a viewing request for your agent to confirm.

Your agency. Your way of working.

Make the first conversation
feel like your team.

  1. 01

    Add the information you trust

Provide your office details and the listing facts your receptionist can share.

  2. 02

    Choose the questions to ask

Shape separate conversations for buyers and sellers. Decide when an agent takes over.

  3. 03

    Try the enquiry yourself

Test a viewing request, seller introduction and consultation booking before going live.

A few things your agents might ask.

Does a viewing request confirm a showing?

No. Your agent checks the property’s status, owner approval and access before confirming a showing. A saved request or calendar slot alone does not confirm a showing.

Can it help sellers as well as buyers?

Yes. Ask buyers about the property and their timing; ask sellers about their property and a time to talk. With booking enabled, it can arrange a consultation in your Leadgen AI calendar after details are confirmed.

Does it know a listing’s current availability?

It uses the business and listing information you provide, not a live property-status feed. Your agent verifies availability and any recently changed details.

Can it give a valuation or discuss an offer?

Keep valuations, negotiations and contractual advice with your agent. The receptionist captures the request and helps arrange the human conversation.

What about evening enquiries?

Welcome callers and collect their enquiry when your team is away. Consultation times still follow your working hours and business timezone; agent follow-up depends on your team’s availability.
